Delete your Hours Mate data
You can ask SLH to delete some or all of the data associated with your HGV Hours Mate account without deleting the account.
How to make a request
Email slhhaulageservices@hotmail.com with the subject Hours Mate data deletion request. Include your Hours Mate username or login email, and say which data you want deleted. For example, you can ask about activity history, saved document details or a company link. You may ask about all the data we can remove while keeping your account.
Do not send your password, tachograph card number or driving licence number. We may check your identity before acting on the request. If you cannot use your login email, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify it.
What happens next
We will review the request and tell you what we deleted, what must remain to keep your account working, and whether any records must be kept for legal or other stated reasons, including how long. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions or exceptions.
Data stored only on your device may need to be removed there. If your linked company has copied records into its own systems, contact that company about its separate copy. Keep any driving records you need before requesting deletion; your tachograph remains the official record.
